EGG DONOR BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

Base Compensation $9,000

$9,000 for First Time Donor

Base Compensation$9,000 and up

$10,000 and up for repeat donors (you set your own compensation)

EXPENSES PAID IN ADDITION TO BASE COMPENSATION

Mileage Expenses$.56/mile

We reimburse all miles driven for being a Donor at the current IRS rate of $.56 per mile

All Mileage Driven is paid at $.56/mile

Travel Expenses

If you must fly to your screening and retrieval appointments at the clinic, we will provide all travel arrangements for you and a companion.

Airfare for you and a companion, Reasonable Hotel or Air BnB for you and your companion, taxis or rental car.

Food Allowance$50/$25

If you have to travel for your donation, you will get a food allowance for you and your companion.

$50 for you each day of travel, $25 for your companion each day.

Lost WagesActual

If you miss work for your donation appointments, we will reimburse your after tax wages. If you travel to the donation, your wages for the whole trip are paid.

Actual net after tax wages based on your pay stub.

Childcare$11/hour

If you must pay additional childcare costs for appointments over what you usually pay, or if you travel to the retrieval or screening appointments, we will reimburse your childcare costs.

$11/hour for actual child care cost with receipt

Dog BoardingActual

If you travel to the screening or retrieval and have a dog, we will reimburse the reasonable boarding costs.

Actual cost of boarding with receipts.

Medical Coverage for the Donor Cycle$500

Because we do not use your own medical insurance policy, we purchase medical complications insurance for each donor for her protection.

$500 Value per cycle.

All Reasonable Expenses Covered!

Each Egg Donor will receive the full benefit of their compensation and all expenses paid.

We do not deduct any Agency fee from compensation, and you will not spend a penny out of pocket for your donation!
